Refund Policy

Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once the product or service has been delivered or accessed. If you have any concerns or issues with a digital product or service, please contact our customer support team at support@swg.group, and we will do our best to assist you.

Physical Products

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Returns

Physical Products

If you wish to return a physical product for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged physical product and would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the exchange at no additional cost to you.
